The prevalence of cellulite has led to hundreds of purported treatments, including topical solutions, massage-based techniques and surgical procedures, such as liposuction - most with less than optimal results. Topical treatments do not penetrate the skin, and can render only temporary and superficial effects. Surgery is accompanied by risks, relatively prolonged recovery and does not effectively treat cellulite.

The dual mode Radiofrequency system represents the newest method in cellulite treatment. By selective dermal heating that stimulates the production of new collagen, dual mode Radiofrequency treatment has shown to improve skin surface texture.

Our new dual mode Radiofrequency treatment for cellulite is effective, non invasive, and is a easy, comfortable treatment for patients that usually has no 'downtime'.

Finally, effective cellulite treatment
Cellulite affects nearly all adult women of all races. Characterized by a dimpled 'cottage cheese' look, cellulite appears most commonly in the thighs and buttocks. While it does not represent a health threat, cellulite is aesthetically unappealing, and is a source of embarrassment to many women. Despite its prevalence, and repeated attempts to find a surefire treatment, no solution has adequately countered cellulite. Until Now.
Dual mode Radiofrequency treatment can change the shape of fat cells and shrink and re-model the connective tissue that forms this unsightly condition. This technology presents a non-invasive, effective and long-lasting way to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

What is cellulite?
The body's muscles are wrapped in a padding of fatty connective tissue. The fatty cells, bathed in a liquid medium, are held in place by a network of fibers, nourished and cleaned by body fluids. When this process is slowed down, the tissue is flooded with waste materials that thicken into a gelatin-like substance forming pockets which migrate closer to the skin's surface. The visible result: a puckered 'orange peel' effect on the skins surface.

What causes cellulite?
Cellulite is far more common among women than men, which indicates that hormonal differences play a major role in its formation. While cellulite tends to appear in parts of the body where excess fat is deposited, it is widespread among both thin and overweight women.

Treatment - what to expect
During Radiofrequency treatment, your doctor will apply the treatment tip to your skin, precisely heating the skin's inner layer (dermis), while its outer layer (epidermis) is continually cooled. Depending on the size of treated area, treatment may take from about 20-50 minutes. You should see a gradual improvement.
Following treatment, you can immediately resume all routine activities. You may notice slight temporary redness, which should disappear in less than 24 hours. While Radiofrequency has shown to be safe, effective and long lasting, maintenance treatment may extend and improve upon results.

Does it hurt?
While pain tolerance is individual, most people tolerate the dual mode Radiofrequency treatment well, and have little or no discomfort. Patients often describe the sensation as a warm massage.

How does Dual mode Radiofrequency work?
Dual mode Radiofrequency employs three mechanisms to improve cellulite. It applies deep dermal heating to the fat bundles (a) to bring about new collagen formation and skin remodeling. Stimulating blood circulation, the procedure also help drain trapped fatty deposits and toxins. Finally, its thermal activity serves to shrink fat cells (b).
